Competition Name: Piece of Cake Vespa Referral Grand Prize Contest
Effective Date: 8/1/2026
Sponsor: 10-15 46th Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101 (“Sponsor” or “Piece of Cake”)
1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
2. Promotion Period
The Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s official clock is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by submitting referrals through Sponsor’s official Referral Form during the Promotion Period.
A referral qualifies only if, as determined solely by Sponsor:
- the referred individual is a new Piece of Cake customer;
- the referred individual books a qualifying move;
- the referred individual completes the move during the Promotion Period;
- the referral is successfully tracked and attributed to the participant through Sponsor’s systems; and
- the referral complies with these Official Rules.
There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals.
Sponsor may reject, remove, or disqualify any referral that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, self-generated, manipulated, or otherwise determined by Sponsor to be invalid.
5. Affiliate Partner Exclusion
Any move booked using a Piece of Cake Affiliate Partner’s custom promo code will not count toward the Contest tally. Piece of Cake Affiliate Partners include, but are not limited to, professional partners, real estate brokers, building owners and management groups, influencers, and other approved affiliate partners who have been issued a custom Piece of Cake promo code.
Referrals submitted through the Piece of Cake Affiliate Partner Program using a custom promo code are not considered referrals under the Piece of Cake General Public Referral Program. Only referrals submitted through the Piece of Cake General Public Referral Program via this specific landing page and referral form https://mypieceofcakemove.com/referral-program/ will qualify for the Contest and giveaway, provided they comply with all applicable Referral Program Terms.
6. Winner Determination
The potential Grand Prize winner will be the eligible participant with the greatest number of qualifying Successful Referrals completed during the Promotion Period, as determined solely by Sponsor.
Only moves completed on or before October 31, 2026, will qualify. Referral submission dates and booking dates do not determine eligibility.
If Sponsor determines that multiple participants are tied or that additional review is necessary, Sponsor may apply any reasonable tie-breaking or verification method in its sole discretion.
Sponsor has sole and absolute discretion to determine eligibility, referral validity, referral attribution, qualifying referrals, suspected fraud, and the winner. Sponsor’s decisions are final, binding, and not subject to appeal. Sponsor has no obligation to disclose referral counts, internal records, calculations, tracking data, scoring methodology, revenue information, or any other information used in determining the winner. By entering, participants expressly waive any right to challenge or contest Sponsor’s determination except where prohibited by applicable law.
7. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of one Vespa scooter. The exact model, colour, specifications, dealer, delivery method, and approximate retail value (“ARV”) shall be determined solely by Sponsor.
The winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to:
- federal, state, and local taxes;
- title, registration, licensing and insurance;
- transportation, delivery or collection costs;
- maintenance, fuel and operating expenses; and
- all other expenses not expressly stated as included.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
8. Referral Commissions
Referral commissions, if any, are governed exclusively by Sponsor’s separate Referral Program Terms. This Contest is independent of the referral commission program and does not modify those terms.
9. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with their referral account on or about November 2026.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days or within any other timeframe specified by Sponsor. Failure to respond, execute required documents, satisfy eligibility requirements, or otherwise comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Sponsor may require completion of an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, IRS tax forms, publicity release, or any other documentation Sponsor deems necessary before awarding the prize.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, image, city and state of residence, photographs and statements for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation.
11. Disqualification
Sponsor may disqualify any participant, referral or entry if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:
- submitted fraudulent, false, misleading or self-referrals;
- created fake accounts or identities;
- manipulated or attempted to manipulate the referral process;
- interfered with Contest administration;
- violated these Official Rules;
- acted in bad faith; or
- engaged in conduct that could damage Sponsor’s reputation, business, customers or the integrity of the Contest.
Sponsor reserves the right to investigate any participant or referral and may withhold or revoke a prize pending such investigation.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest, the administration of the Contest, winner determination, referral tracking, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or any technical, administrative or human error.
Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, or amend these Official Rules, at any time, for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, legal requirements or any circumstance that affects the fairness or integrity of the Contest.
Sponsor shall not be liable for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected or unrecorded referrals or entries, nor for any system failures or technical issues affecting Contest administration.
Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
If any provision of these Official Rules is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Contest will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and may be used for administering the Contest, the referral program and related business purposes.
15. Governing Law; Disputes
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York;
- participants waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding;
- participants agree that any claim shall be brought solely in their individual capacity; and
- participants waive any claim for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual documented out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Contest.

Sponsor: 10-15 46th Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101 (“Sponsor” or “Piece of Cake”)
Prizes:
- $1,000 of Crayola products provided to school or non-profit, provided by Crayola, LLC (“Crayola”)
- 2 Annual Passes to Crayola Experience Easton, valid for one year from activation. Annual Passes must be activated by December 31st, 2026 at Crayola Experience Easton.
1. No purchase necessary to enter or win
Participation in the Piece of Cake Moving & Storage® Moving Masterpieces Design a Truck Contest in collaboration with Crayola constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions (“Official Rules”). Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are the parent or legal guardian (“Entrant”) of a child between the ages of 3 and 12 years old at the time of entry. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and may require proof of identity, age, residency, or guardianship at any time.
3. Entry requirements
To enter, an eligible Entrant must submit one (1) piece of original, hand-drawn artwork created solely by their child via the official entry form at mypieceofcakemove.com/competition/movingmasterpieces during the Contest Period.
Each entry must include:
- The child’s first name only, this can also be an anonymous first name (no last names)
- The child’s age at time of submission
- The uploaded image of the original artwork
- The Entrant’s contact information and verification of legal guardianship
- Acceptance of these Official Rules and the Parental Release
Only one (1) entry per child. Multiple entries from the same child or duplicate entries will be disqualified. Artwork must be original, appropriate for public display, and must not include:
- Any third-party logos, characters, or trademarks
- Any written or visual personally identifying information
- AI-generated content
- Images or themes deemed inappropriate, unsafe, offensive, or political
Sponsor and Crayola reserve the right to reject any submission for any reason in their sole discretion.
4. Grant of rights
By submitting an entry, the Entrant grants to the Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, and distribute:
- The submitted artwork
- The child’s first name, if the winning child used an anonymous name for submission the child’s legal name is to be shared by the Entrant
- The child’s age
In any media now known or hereafter developed (including but not limited to digital, print, social, and out-of-home), for promotional, commercial, archival, and other lawful purposes related to the Sponsor’s marketing, branding, and content initiatives.
The Entrant affirms they are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the legal right to grant these permissions on their behalf. No compensation, notice, or further consent will be required for such uses, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
5. Selection process
Eligible entries will be randomly selected per market after Sponsor and Crayola filter unusable entries. Sponsor and Crayola may disqualify entries that fail to meet the requirements of these Official Rules or are determined to violate any applicable law or regulation.
6. Limitation of liability & release
By submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Crayola and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Contest or any use of the submitted artwork, name, or age in connection therewith.
Sponsor and Crayola assume no responsibility for:
- Lost, late, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Technical failures of any kind
- Unauthorized human intervention or third-party activity
- Errors in administration or processing
Entrants assume full responsibility for ensuring that submissions do not infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
7. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or behaves in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor may also cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or force majeure.
8. Privacy
Any personal information collected from Entrants will be stored solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://mypieceofcakemove.com/privacy-policy/
By participating, Entrants agree to the collection and use of their information in accordance to the Sponsor’s Customer Data Use and Privacy https://mypieceofcakemove.com/terms-and-conditions/
Sponsor will not collect or publicly display any personal information beyond the child’s first name and age. No likeness or photographic image of the child will be collected or used.
9. Dispute resolution & governing law
These Official Rules and the Contest shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to the Contest or these Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. Entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to venue.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. Entire agreement
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the Entrant and Sponsor and Crayola with respect to the Contest and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.

Parental release and authorization
By submitting this form, I represent and warrant that:
- I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named in this submission, who is between the ages of 3 and 12 at the time of entry.
- I am submitting an original, hand-drawn artwork created solely by my child for entry into the Piece of Cake Moving & Storage® Moving Masterpieces (“Contest”).
- I grant Piece of Cake Moving & Storage LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, and distribute the submitted artwork, along with my child’s first name and age, in any and all media, formats, or promotional materials now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to Sponsor’s website, social media, marketing, advertising, printed materials, and branded assets (such as moving trucks), in perpetuity.
- I understand and agree that:
- My child’s likeness or photograph will not be used.
- I will not receive any compensation, payment, or notification for such use.
- All rights in and to the submitted artwork may be used as described without limitation or additional approval.
- I confirm that the submitted artwork does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and I release and hold harmless Sponsor and Crayola and their agents from any claims arising out of the use of the submission as authorized herein.
