Per our Terms & Conditions we do not prorate monthly storage fees and suggest that you request a storage move out prior to your next month’s billing date, which is your original storage move in date. Per our Terms & Conditions if monthly storage fees are overdue on your account, you will be unable to book your storage move out until all balances have been paid in full prior to your storage move out.
